Our rubber mulch ships on pallets, here's how delivery works:

Orders of 8 tons or less:

The truck has a liftgate and a pallet jack, so it'll lower your order down and roll it onto a flat, paved surface for you

Delivery is curbside, meaning right at the street or the end of your driveway

Orders of 9 tons or more:

You've got two options:

Have your own equipment on-site to unload the pallets off the truck, or

We can split your order into smaller shipments (using liftgate trucks) and deliver them curbside instead

One more thing: we can't guarantee an exact delivery date. Everything is made to order, so it ships once it's produced.

A family business built on one belief: kids deserve a safer place to play

We started Recycled Rubber Products over 20 years ago in Joliet, Illinois because we saw a problem: playgrounds were covered in wood mulch that rotted, splintered, and needed constant replacement — and it wasn't even that safe. We believed recycled rubber mulch could do better. Turns out, we were right.

Today, KinderMulch is installed at schools, parks, churches, municipalities, and backyards across the country. We've shipped to all 48 contiguous states. We still answer the phone ourselves.
